Shipping & Returns Policy

Returns

Your Brides Guide takes every procedure to ensure that your order will arrive correct and in good condition, however we do understand that some damage may occur in the handling by the transport companies we employ.  Any goods delivered incorrect or damaged in transit will be replaced in accordance with the procedures detailed below.

Please be advised that NO refunds are offered if the purchaser changes their mind.

Returns Procedure

Please email Your Brides Guide at calendar@yourbridesguide.com.au immediately if your package has arrived damaged or incorrect. 

Damaged goods received via Australia Post must be returned to your local Post Office with the damaged packaging. Australia Post will then instruct on procedure, in normal circumstances Australia Post will cover the cost in returning and replacing the damaged items to Your Brides Guide and your replacement order will be sent within 14 days of receipt.

Damaged goods received via Fastway Couriers should not be accepted or signed for.  When possible, please check your order thoroughly for damage before you sign.  Fastway Couriers will cover the cost to return damaged goods back to Your Brides Guide and again, replacements will be sent within 14 days of receipt.

If your order arrives incorrect ie: the wrong quantity, please contact Your Brides Guide via email and advise of the discrepancy.  Your Brides Guide will forward the shortfall within 14 days at no additional expense to you.

Shipping

Goods are sent either by Australia Post or Fastway Couriers depending on quantity.

All goods sent via courier must be signed for upon receipt.

Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent once received and all orders are delivered within 14 days if stock is available.  If goods are currently unavailable due to no stock, advice will be sent and all orders are completed within a maximum of 6 weeks.
